Shop Policies
DEPOSITS:
We accept deposits for any items that you wish to order that are in replenishment. We require a minimum deposit of $100/item. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once your item comes in, you will be required to pay the balance before we can ship.
RETURNS:
You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Any shipping costs to send back items are the responsibility of the customer. All packages must be fully insured as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packaged.
SHIPPING:
Domestic orders are shipped for FREE via UPS Ground and take 2-4 business days to be delivered. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the package has been shipped.
Expedited shipping is available and will be calculated at checkout. If your order is shipped with expedited shipping, the cost of shipping is non-refundable is you wish to return your item for store credit.
International shipping is calculated at checkout and several carrier options will be available. If your country charges additional customs fees, we are not responsible for payment of these fees. A tracking number will be provided to you once the package has shipped, but please note that once the package leave the United States, tracking may not appear. If you have any questions on the status of your package, please contact your local postal service.
If your package is marked as DELIVERED on your tracking, but you do not receive the package, we are NOT responsible for it.
